NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested four members of a family on the charge of outraging a woman’s modesty.
Investigating Officer (IO) Rajinder Pal Singh said that the accused have been identified as Sunny Sondhi son of Jaspal, a Mohalla Rehman Pura Nakodar resident, his wife Bindu, son Piyush and brother Kamal.
IO said that a case under sections 354 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty),323(voluntarily causing hurt) 451(house trespass) 427(mischief), and 148 and 149(rioting) of the IPC was registered against the accused.
