NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on the charge of selling illicit country-made liquor.
Investigating officer Jaswinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Gurdeep Singh a resident of Loh Garh village.
IO said 90 bottles of hooch were seized from the accused. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
