The Bilga police have arrested a villager on the charge of selling illicit country-made liquor.
Investigating officer Avtar Lal said that the accused has been identified as Dharimder Singh alias Laddu a resident of Sudhara village.
IO said 98 bottles of hooch were seized from the accused loaded on a motorcycle. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused and impounded his two-wheeler.
