NAKODAR
A married man committed suicide on Sunday.
Investigating officer (IO) Balvir Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Jasvir Singh son of Gurdial Singh a resident of Mehat Pur town.
Manvir Kaur wife of the deceased r told the police that her husband was living under depression and ended his life by consuming a poisonous substance.
IO said that the police acting under section 174 of the Cr.P.C handed over the body to the family after post-mortem.
