NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar t police have booked two villagers on the charge of assaulting a co-villager.
Investigating officer (IO) Rajinder Singh said that the accused have been identified as Ravinder Singh and Sukhprit Singh residents of Pandora Sheikh village.
Simarjit Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that he went to his newly constructed house in Adhi village on June 29 evening where the accused already sitting in his house and attacked and seriously injured him.
IO said that a case under sections 324,326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 34(committing crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
