The Mehat Pur police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last few months.
Station House Officer Jatinder Kumar said that the accused has been identified as Raj Preet Teji alias Raja son of Manga Singh a resident of Udho Wal village and wanted in a case of kidnapping a minor registered in 2022 and was declared PO in 2023.
