State President of the BJP Ashwani Sharma has refuted the rumours of his resignation.
He said that he has not resigned from the post of the state President of the BJP.
He termed the news about his resignation from the post of the state President of the BJP as fake and baseless.
The rumours were rife all the day on the social media that Sharma has resigned from the post of state President of Punjab .
There were news doing the rounds that Sunil Jakhar,who had joined the BJP saying good bye to the Congress may bag the powerful post of the state President of the BJP.
However, with Sharma denying the move,set all speculations to rest.
He said that there is no tradition of resignation in the BJP.
