NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on the charge of selling illicit liquor.
The Investigating Officer Jaswinder Singh said 9 bottles of hooch were seized from the possession of the accused, Satnam Singh a resident of Beetlan village. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused that was released on bail.
