The Bilga police busted a gang of thieves and arrested its one member and booked two others.
The investigating officer (IO) Nachhtar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Neeraj son of Harbans Lal a resident of Sher Pur village.
Majot Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused and his two accomplices stole iron girders from his well.
IO said that a case under sections 380(theft in dwelling house) 454(house trespass) and 411 (dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and his accomplices Babu and Sharan residents of Sher Pur village. Two stolen girders have been recovered from the accused.
