The Lohian Khas police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last three years. The Investigating Officer Balwinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Badal Masih son of Balbir Masih a resident of Mandala village. The accused is wanted in a case of assault.
