NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have booked a proclaimed offender on the charge of non-appearing in court.
The investigating officers (IO’s) Mandip Singh and Bhajan Singh said that the accused have been identified as Gurmail Singh son of Pritam Singh a resident of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura Nakodar and Kashish son of Sanjay Tandon a resident of Mohalla Tandona Nakodar
IOs said that Nakodar judicial magistrate first class Rajbinder Kaur has ordered that the accused have been declared proclaimed offenders and should be booked under section 174-A (Nonappearance in response to a proclamation under section 82 of Act 2 of 1974). IO’s said cases have been registered.
