Aiming at the upgradation of the state police, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday flagged off 98 emergency response vehicles for the police,”informed DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav, via a tweet today.
“These vehicles will respond to the calls for police service at 112 and are equipped with mobile data terminals, so that they can reach easily and quickly at the concerned location,” said the DGP.
