NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a proclaimed offender absconding for the last month.
The investigating officer Balwidar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Balvir Singh son of Mohann Singh a resident of Mohalla Kasba ,Mehat Pur who is wanted in a case under sections 188(Disobedience to order duly promulgated by a public servant) and 269 and 270 (negligent and malignant acts likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 290(Punishment for public nuisance) of the IPC and section 51 (b) of the Disaster Management Act registered on May 30, 2020.
