The Lohian Khas police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.
Bachan Kaur a resident of Chak Piply village complained to the police that his son Jaswindar Singh was returning home on his motorcycle when an unidentified vehicle driver hit his motorcycle near Mianni village killing him on the spot.
The Investigating Officer Kulwindar Singh said that a case under sections 304-A(causing death by negligence) 279 (rash driving ) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against an unidentified vehicle driver.
