Ludhiana: More than 250 volunteers of the National Service Scheme (NSS) and 200 NCC Cadets of 1 Pb R&V Squadron of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana celebrated 7th International Yoga Day with full enthusiasm in virtual mode. A week long virtual yoga camp got off to a vigorous start on June 15 with volunteers getting exposed to a blend of yoga activities that included teaching and practising of asanas/postures including Pranayam, Surya Namaskar and brief lectures on varied subjects related to healthy lifestyle.
