The Lohian Khas police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last four years.
The Investigating officer (IO) Manoj Kumar said that the accused has been identified as Jagdev Singh alias Jagga son of Mukhtiar Singh a resident of Rai Wal Bet .
IO said that the accused is wanted in a case of attempt to murder and was declared PO on December 4, 2019.
