The Shahkot police have arrested a proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last two years. Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Lakhwidar Singh son of Puran Singh a resident of Lattian Wal village in Kapurthala . The accused is wanted in a case of drug peddling.
