The Lohian Khas police have booked two persons on the charge of assault and criminal intimidation
The investigating officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh said that the accused have been identified as Sukhdeep Singh and Nikka residents of Badshah Pur village.
Jasvir Kaur a resident of the same village complained to the police that she and her brother Jagdev went to a grocery shop on March 29 where the accused assaulted Jagdev and later threw pieces of bricks into their house injuring her brother.
IO said a case under sections 323(voluntarily causing hurt )341(wrongful restraint 506(criminal intimidation) and 34 (committing the crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
