The Bilga police have booked three members of a family including a woman on the charge of assaulting a villager.
The Investigating officer (IO) Ashwani Kumar said that the accused have been identified as Harmesh Lal a resident of Sher Pur village, his wife Sunita, and son-in-law Prince.
Ashar Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused attacked and seriously injured him on April 4
IO said that a case under sections 323,325(voluntarily causing grievous hurt)) and 34(committing crimes with common intention ) of the IPC have been registered against the accused.
