The Shahkot police have arrested a tractor driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.
The Investigating Officer (IO) Sulindar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Chamak son of Balkar a resident of Thamu Wal village.
IO said that a case under section 304-A (causing death by negligence), 279(rash driving on a public road), and 427(mischief) of the IPC was registered against Chamak.
