The Lohian Khas police have arrested seven persons on the charge of affray.
The investigating officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh said that the accused have been identified as Dalbir Singh, Harjt Singh, Kamalprit Singh, Joban Preet Singh all residents of Raibwal Bet village, Gurjot Singha resident of Deepe Wal village in Kapurthala, Bikram Singh a resident of Barra Jodh Singh village and Manjodh Singh a resident of Kakarr Kalan village.
IO said that the accused were making trouble, public noise, and uproar in areas and were arrested
IO said a case under section 160(affray) of the Indian Penal Code sections 109 and 107 and 151 of the Cr. P.C. has been registered against the accused.
