Faridkot
Former Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and his son, then deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today filed the application praying for the anticipatory bail in the court of additional and district sessions judge Faridkot.
They have filed the anticipatory bail application in Kotkapura case in which charge sheet was filed by the SIT headed by LK Yadav.
The SIT had named Badals as accused in the case and they had been summoned by the court .
The next hearing in the case has been fixed on March 14.
