The Bilga police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling heroin and intoxicant tablets.
The Station House Officer (SHO ) Mohindar Pal said that11 grams of heroin,136 intoxicant tablets, and Rs 20,500 of drug money were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Satvir Singh alias Lovely son of Karnail Singh and Surindar Pal alias Shindi son of Harmesh Singh residents of Sango Wal village and impounded a car in which the accused were traveling with the contraband.
SHO said that a case under sections 21 (b) /22(b) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
