The Nurmahal police have arrested two persons on the charge of stealing motorcycles.
The investigating officer (IO) Bhajan Singh said that the accused have been identified as Himanshu alias Hanni son of Roshan Lal a resident of Mohalla Bhagiar Pura and Raman alias Ramani son of Rattan Lal a resident of Mohalla Guga Sain.
IO said that a stolen motorcycle (PB-DT-5722) from Jalandhar has been recovered from the accused and a case under sections 379(theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against them.
