The Lohian Khas police have arrested two proclaimed offenders absconding for the last year. I
The Station House officer S.S. Padda said that the accused have been identified as Balbir Singh alias Bindhu son of Puran Singh and Nishan Singh son of Pal Singh residents of Lattian Wal village in Kapurthala. The accused are wanted in cases of theft.
