NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin and intoxicant tablets.
The Station House Officer (SHO) Sukhdev Singh said that 5 grams of heroin and 180 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Gaurav alias Gora son of Prem a resident of Guru Nanak Pura Nakodar.
SHO said that a case under section 21(c) 22(b)/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
