Special complaint cell will receive and take up all kinds of complaints regarding the administrative related work.

"A whatsapp no 94658-24960 has been released in Faridkot district for the public to get their complaints registered online.Any resident of the district can forward his complaint on this no and it would be further forwarded to the concerned officials of that department. The complaints will be resolved in 24-48 hours after receiving them," said Tushita Gulati,regional officer deputed for the purpose by the chief minister Punjab.
She said that the complaints will again be contacted for the feedback and to ask if they were satisfied with the redressal of their complaints.
"It is ensured that all complaints be disposed of in a time bound manner," reads the press release to the media today.
