NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
The Station house officer (SHO) Balraj Singh said that 110 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Kalamjit Singh alias Kikri son of Gurdeep Singh a resident of Umre Wal village who was declared a proclaimed offender by a court.
SHO said that a case under section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
