NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a woman in a case of unnatural offense and assault.
The investigating officer (IO) and In-charge Crime Against Women Nakodar sub-division Inspector Daljit Kaur said that the accused has been identified as Joti’ daughter of Amar Nath a resident of Pandori Khas and sister of Bikramjit son of Tarlochan Dass a resident of Aalo Wal village, who is main accused in this case.
The victim had complained to the police that her marriage was solemnized with Bikaramjit about ten years ago who is a drug addict.
The victim had said that her husband after watching porn videos used to forcibly perform the unnatural offense with her and her mother-in-law and sisters-in-law had refused to help her.
IO said that a case section 377(unnatural sex) 323(voluntary causing hurt) and 34(committing crime) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused and Bikramjit, his mother, and another sister.
