two bags of urea stolen

Faridkot police have arrested two persons for the theft of two bags of Urea fertilizer along with a motorcycle on Sunday.
The police registered a case against the accused under section 379(punishment for theft)/411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of IPC on the complaint of Sakandeep Singh, a resident of Faridkot.
“I have got an 18 acrers plot of land in village Chugge where I have constructed a hall to park agricultural equipment. I had also stored 20 bags of Urea there. When I was getting the broadcasting of the fertilizer in the fields from my contractual worker,the accused rode on a motorcycle and sped away by stealing two bags of Urea from the place,” Sakandeep Singh has stated to the police.
The police have arrested Sulakhan Singh and Shinderpal Singh, both residents of village Sadhanwala of Faridkot and recovered 2 bags of fertilizer and motorcycle from their possession.
