NAKODAR
The Nakodar city police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets and injections.
The investigating officer (IO) Mandeep Singh said that 147 intoxicant tablets and 5 intoxicant injections were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Manidar Singh alias Manna son of Avtar Singh a resident of Shah Pur village under Mehat Pur police station.
IO said that a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
