Jaswinder Singh son of Kirpal Singh, a resident of village Balochan(Ferozepur) has been booked under section 279/337 and 427 of IPC by Sadak police of Faridkot district after his school van and a car met with an accident near village Mani Singh Wala of Faridkot district.
The police have registered a case against the driver that because of his rash and negligent driving, the life of many school children was put into danger.
Some school children got minor injuries in the accident while both the vehicles, the school bus and the car were badly damaged in the accident.
