The Lohian Khas police have booked two villagers on the charge of assaulting co- villager.
The Investigating Officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh said that the accused have been identified as BKamal Singh son of Sucha Singh a resident of Nasir Pur village and his brother Simran Singh alias Lucki .
Deepak Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused barged into his house by scaling the wall on December 17 night and attacked him with sharp-edged weapons and seriously injured him.
IO said a case under sections 324(voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons or means) 458 (house-breaking by night after preparation for hurt, assault, or wrongful restraint.) and 34(committing crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
