NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on the charge of selling illicit liquor.
The investigating officer Harwindar Singh said 9 bottles of hooch were seized from the possession of the accused identified as Buta Ram a resident of Muhem village. A case under section 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
