JALANDHAR: Children of InnoKids of grade scholars from all five schools of Innocent Hearts (Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.- Jandiala Road, Royal World and Kapurthala Road) were taken for darshan of Gurudwara Sahib. The purpose was to inculcate religious instincts , spiritual values and moral values in children .
All the children entered the Gurudwara Sahib in a very disciplined manner. They covered their head with handkerchiefs and bowed before Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Children chanted Mool-Mantra and 'Satnam, Shri Waheguru' in their sweet voices and then listened to Kirtan. Some children also gave their cooperation in Shabad-Kirtan.
Granthi Singh of Gurudwara Sahib explained to the children the meaning of 'Naam Japo, Vand Chhako, Kirat Karo'. The children took the prasad with folded hands. The teachers informed the children about the work done by the Sikh Gurus, their teachings and their sacrifices.
