Amritsar: Two Pakistanis crossed Indian border by mistake, BSF handed over to Pak Rangers

AMRITSAR: Two Pakistani national’s youth who had accidentally crossed the border and entered India were released on Sunday. 

 

According to the report, the BSF on Saturday night returned two Pakistani nationals who had reached near Rajatal village on the Attari border in Amritsar. Earlier, BSF officers protested to the Pak Rangers on the arrival of these civilians in India.

According to a BSF spokesperson, two Pakistani nationals crossed the international border on Saturday morning and reached near the border fencing near Rajatal village in Indian Territory. BSF personnel patrolling the border and held both of them. During investigation, it emerged that they had entered Indian Territory by mistake. Apart from Pak currency and identity card of Rs 9790, some objectionable material was not recovered from them.

 

After the incident, BSF officers protested against the matter by holding a flag meeting with Pak Rangers on the Indo-Pak border zero line and informed them about both the citizens. Because both Pakistani nationals had entered the Indian Territory by mistake, the officers of the force handed over both to the Pak Rangers late in the evening.
