Uttarakhand: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated or laid the foundation stones of 23 development projects worth Rs 17,500 crores in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, ahead of the Uttarakhand assembly polls, according to the PMO.
