Congress attacks BJP on PM Modi’s picture with SCO leaders, says- “Not red, while closed eyes are visible”

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tour to Samarkand to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization conference (SCO) summit which is set to deliberate on regional security challenges, boosting trade and energy supplies among other issues.

 

After reaching there, he has tweeted a picture with other leaders of the organization.

In this picture of eight leaders, Prime Minister Modi is seen standing on the right side, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is standing on the left.

Congress party leader Gaurav Gogoi took to Twitter and wrote, " A poor show at the beginning from Ministry of External Affairs and Prime Minister Modi. Our strong nation India is positioned at the extreme end and balance by Pakistan at the opposite end”. I am not seeing red eyes but closed eyes, he added.

He also twitted, “Inspite of the Galwan Valley clash, China has pressed upon PM Modi to accommodate increasing trade surplus with China and boost the Chinese economy at India’s expense -3”

Prime Minister Modi will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday.

 

Apart from this, there is still no official statement about his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
