(SUBHEAD) Chandigarh: The Mahila Kisan Union has strongly condemned the resolution passed in the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation (MC) to give representation to the Union Territory of Chandigarh in the Rajya Sabha, saying that the Chandigarh city is basically an integral part of Punjab and all the councilors, including the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP, should have unanimously passed a resolution to to the Center to hand over Chandigarh to Punjab.
