NEW DELHI: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was seen in the colors of Happiness Utsav at Thyagaraj Stadium. CM Arvind Kejriwal, who attended the ceremony, played drums here. During this, Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia was also present. A delegation of teachers from Punjab has also participated in the closing ceremony of the Happiness Utsav.
