IMPHAL: Nongthombam Biren Singh, a national level football player turned politician, was on Monday sworn in as the Chief Minister of Manipur. Manipur Governor La Ganesan administered the oath of office and secrecy to Biren Singh at a ceremony held at the Raj Bhavan.
