Ludhiana, April 1: Senior Congress leader and party's state general secretary Pawan Dewan has today resigned as the chairman of the Punjab Large Industrial Development Board. He has sent his resignation to the Chief Secretary of the State and the Principal Secretary of the Industries Department.
