LUCKNOW: Amidst the controversy over loudspeakers across the country including Maharashtra, the Allahabad High Court has said the use of loudspeakers in mosques for Azaan is not a fundamental right. The High Court, while giving its decision, dismissed the petition seeking permission to use loudspeakers. Allahabad High Court dismissed the petition of Mutawalli of Noori Masjid in Badaun.
