Bathinda: Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda celebrated 73rd Republic Day with enthusiasm and Patriotic fervour at Athletic Ground. All Covid guidelines and protocols were strictly followed during the programme.
