The Nakodar Sadar police have booked two migrants on the charge of kidnapping a minor girl.
Investigating officer (IO)Jagtar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Sachin alias Baba a native of UP state and presently living at Bajuha Khurd village and Sonu a resident of UP state and living at same village
The father of the victim living at same village complained to the police that the accused conspired and kidnaped his minor daughter on the pretext of marriage.
IO) said that a case under section 137(2) (kidnapping) and 96 (procuration of child) and 61(2) (criminal conspiracy) of the BNS has been registered against the accused
