The Nurmahal police have booked a migrant youth on the charge of kidnapping a minor girl.
Investigating officer (IO)Jaspal Singh said that the accused has been identified as Rannjit Paswan a native of Bihar State and presently living at Dhir Sheller Nurmahal
The father of the victim living at same locality complained to the police that the accused kidnaped his minor daughter on the pretext of marriage.
IO) said that a case under section 137(2) (kidnapping) and 96 (procuration of child) of the BNS has been registered against the accused
