The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin and intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Kashmir Singh 10 grams of heroin and 40 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of accused identified as Jaspal Singh alias Jassa son of Darshan Singh a resident of Bute Dian Chhana village
IO said a case under sections 21B/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
