The Shahkot police have arrested three drug peddlers including a woman on charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO)Balbir Singh said that 100 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Amrita wife of Lovpreet Singh a resident of Mohalla Dhurr Kot , Shahkot, Sukhchain Singh son of Balwinder a resident of Thamu Wal village and Parmindar Pal son of Balwindart Pal a resident of Meinyen Wal Arain village
IO said a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
