The Nakodar Sadar and City police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officers (IO’s)Kulwindar Singh and Sukhvindar Singh said that 81(41+40) intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as
Tarsem Lalaalias Tara son of Piara Lal a resident of Shankar village and Vishal alias Billa son of Kala of Sharak Pur village.
IO’s stated that cases under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused.
The Shahkot police arrested drug peddler Harpreet Singh alias Happy son of Baljit Singh of Bau Pur village with 30 intoxicant tablets said IO Sukhwindar Pal Singh.
