NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO)Jaspal Singh said that 52 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Lovpreet Singh son Tarsem Singh and Pawitar Singh son of Raj Singh residents of Kapurthala district.
IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
